Glorify God

If anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God. If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.

- 1 Peter 4:11

Our chief purpose on earth is to glorify God. To this end, we gather together to recognize that all that is good comes from Him, to worship and praise Him, and to join our strengths so that we may represent His will on earth.

Make Disciples of Jesus Christ

Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

- Matthew 28: 18-20

We recognize that Jesus is the Son of God, and was sent as a holy envoy to show us His way. Through His life, Jesus invited His followers to live with devotion to God and love for those around us. Through His teachings, He showed us how to engage with the Word of God, individually and collectively, to gain understanding and grow in  faith.

Meet Human Needs

“The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’"

- Matthew 25:40

The Holy Spirit resides in each one of us as believers in Christ. By the power of the Spirit with us, we are transformed to love God and empowered to serve others in word and in deed.
