Update on the Director Search

After searching for a new director of children and youth ministries for over a year, First Presbyterian Church invited Ministry Architects to assist in this work. Last month, we were joined by Ministry Architects search consultant, Renée Wilson, who met with 44 individuals in six focus groups or one-on-one meetings, while seven people filled out an online survey.

The report linked below reflects those conversations and provides insights into the current state of the children’s and youth ministries.
